Appointment Policies & Etiquette
Please take a moment to read through our policies—they help us keep every appointment smooth, enjoyable, and perfectly polished. By booking with us, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these policies, ensuring your visit is nothing short of beautiful.
Making changes to your booking is absolutely fine, just let us know! if you need to reschedule your appointment, you will find a link in your confirmation email to do this. All rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you need to change your service type, simply contact us directly and we’ll be happy to adjust it for you, subject to availability.
Booking Amendments
For consistency, product safety and nail health, we are unable to infill work done elsewhere. Infills are recommended every 2–4 weeks to maintain structure, balance and overall nail health.
Minor wear, including one missing nail, can be accommodated within your infill appointment.
If multiple nails are missing or require repair, additional time may be required and charges may apply. In some cases, a new set may be recommended.
Infills
Any chipping or breaks to your nails within 72 hours of your service will be rectified at no additional cost. After that, repair charges apply.
Repairs between appointments are also charged per nail. For multiple repairs, an infill or new set may be more suitable.
Product Guarantee
If this is your first appointment with us please ensure your nails are free from any product or enhancements. If you already have product on from a previous technician please add a removal to your service.
Pre Appointment Guide
Notify us as soon as possible. A grace period of 15 minutes may be applicable, however arrivals later than 15 minutes can result in your appointment being cancelled and marked as no show*
Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. Notice less than this may result in your booking being marked as no show*
Cancellations
As a home-based salon, our space is designed to offer a calm, comfortable, and professional environment for each client.
To maintain this atmosphere—and due to limited space and safety considerations— We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.
Extra Guests & Children
*No shows are subject to a loss of deposit which cannot be refunded or reallocated.
