If you need to, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, however notice less than this may result in your booking being marked as no show*
If you are running late, please ensure you notify me as soon as possible. A grace period of 15 minutes may be applicable, however arrivals later than 15 minutes can result in your appointment being cancelled and marked as no show*
*No shows are subject to a loss of deposit which cannot be refunded or reallocated.
Children & Extra Guests Policy
As a home-based salon, my space is designed to offer a calm, comfortable, and professional environment for each client.
To maintain this atmosphere—and due to limited space and safety considerations—I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Babies, toddlers, young children, and additional guests are not permitted during appointments.
This allows me to focus fully on your service and ensures a relaxing, uninterrupted experience for both you and other clients.

Can I amend my appointment?
If your plans change, you can reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your appointment.
If you need to, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment.

You will be charged a £10 deposit which will be deducted from the final price of your service.
